This section includes the Band Registration, Parent Volunteer, and Medical Form. These required forms are to be filled out for each student beginning February 1, 2021.

Required Commitment Fee for Band or Guard Member: $225
Marching Band Fee (unless season is cancelled, see band registration letter for fee schedule): $225
Fee Payment Schedule
All forms are to be completed/submitted AND the required commitment fees is required to be paid in full (unless other arrangements have been made with Bob Myers, Band Director) by April 15, 2021.
If the Marching Band season is NOT cancelled, all medical forms MUST be on file by the beginning of Band Camp, July 21, 2021.
